Blueberry Banana Drink
Ingredients: 200 ml of rice milk/soy milk, 150 ml of orange juice, 1 banana, 100 g of tofu, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, 150 g of frozen blueberries, a pinch of chili powder, 10 g of wheat germ, 1 tsp of edible linseed oil, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 2-3 tbsp of fruit sauce
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them well for two or three minutes.
Zabaglione with blueberries
Ingredients: 6 egg yolks, 100 g of sugar, 1/2 tsp of lemon zest, 250 ml of Marsala, 250 g of blueberries
Step 1
Put the Marsala and the sugar in a stainless steel bowl and stir with a whisk. Prepare a little boiling water, dissolve the sugar by vigorous stirring and warm the mixture slightly.
Step 2
Now add the lemon zest and the 6 egg yolks and beat them until very frothy.

Put the blueberries in serving glasses and cover them with the warm, foamy cream. Serve them immediately.
Blueberry dessert
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 60 g of powder sugar, 250 g of sour cream (20% fat), 2 cups of plain yogurt, 250 g of blueberries (frozen blueberries if possible), the juice of 1/2 lemon, 150 g of powder sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, cottage cheese and yogurt all together. Add the frozen blueberries and the lemon juice.

Pour the composition in a baking dish and put it in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours.

Beat the egg whites, sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a stiff mixture and add the yogurt to the composition.

Yoghurt cream with blueberries
Ingredients: 200 g of double cream, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 80 g of maple syrup, 250 g of yogurt, 200 g of frozen blueberries, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 pinch of cinnamon

Mix the double cream, the vanilla sugar, 40 g of maple syrup and the yogurt until you get a stiff composition.

Put the blueberries in a glass bowl or spread them on beakers and mix them with the remaining maple syrup. Spread the yogurt cream, too. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the cream.
Apple blueberry pie
This is one of the many different types of pancakes.Ingredients: 125 g of low fat margarine, 125 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 150 g of buttermilk, 30 g of poppy seeds, 225 g of flour (Type 405), 3 teaspoons of baking powder, 60 g of ladyfingers, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 200 g of blueberries, 300 g of apples
Step 1
Wrap the sheet in baking paper. Stir 100 g of margarine with sugar until you get a fluffy mixture. Add the beaten eggs gradually. Stir in the buttermilk and poppy seeds. Then, add the flour and the baking powder. Spread the dough on the paper. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

Blueberry Sabayon
Ingredients: 70 g of frozen blueberries, 1/2 vanilla bean, 2 tablespoons of cassis syrup, 1-2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 30 g of sugar, 4 egg yolks, 3-4 tablespoons of dry red wine (optional)
Step 1
Thaw the blueberries at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Cut the vanilla bean with a sharp knife, slit it open lengthwise and scrape out the marrow. Make the blueberries, vanilla, syrup, powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice puree.

Put the egg yolks in a metal bowl and mix them with an electric mixer. Stir vigorously.

Heat some oil in a saucepan and add a little boiling water. Whisk the egg mixture with an electric mixer for about 8-10 minutes until you get an airy cream.
